I have been training at Celtic CrossFit since I was 13 years old after being introduced to it through my district rugby team. My love for sport and CrossFit continued and finally led me to completing a Sport and Exercise Science degree at Nottingham Trent University. I have been a coach at Celtic CrossFit since September 2022 and have loved every minute.
